How to Use the Number to Words Converter?
Keep in mind that the sole and only purpose of this tool is to convert numbers to words. You can even add a decimal point and it will include that into conversion.
There's a lot of instances where you need to convert a number format into words format, just like writing amount of money in checks, filling out legal and banking documents, and any professional writing.
Do note that in writing number, we tend to add a comma to group those numbers into tens, hundreds, thousands, etc. However in words format, it is not necessary to add those. By that I mean it should not be there. Comma is used to separate numbers but in words format it should be omitted.
The tool's usage is very much user friendly and direct to the point. Nonetheless, here's a quick guide to it:

The only requirement here is you should enter the number in the field labeled with ✍🏻 Number. Please make sure to enter number format only. You can add comma as separator, or period (dot) as decimal point.

🚀 Submit It
As simple as it gets there's only two steps here. So the next thing you can do is click the Submit button. Then, the result will be displayed on the output field marked with Words.
Also, you can quickly erase the input and output fields by clicking on the Clear button. You can also click on the 🔥 Generate Sample Input to run the default example data.
🛠️ Check and Copy
There will be three outputs, they are all identical but what separates them is that the first is without hyphen, the next is with hyphen when there's compounding numbers, and the last is for currency. You can click the copy button at the topmost part of each output so you can quickly copy it.
Please keep in mind that there is only one input field here where you need to enter the number you want to be converted to words. It is being labeled with ✍🏻 Number.
Then, you'll have three outputs.
- Words (Without Hyphens) - converted words but without compound number hyphens. Example, thirty nine (39).
- Words (With Hyphens) - this one has hyphen on it. Example, twenty-five (25).
- Words (For Currency) - perhaps you are attaching these number to words into checks or money-related transactions, this output could be helpful for you.
In addition to that, you can choose between title case and lower case letter cases. You can play with the output by clicking between them. They are found beside the Submit and Clear buttons.

On each output field, there's a corresponding copy button above them. Click on it for a quick copy, you don't need to highlight the texts and just paste it on your document.
Letter Cases
This is a radio button where you can only choose one, either title case or lower case.

You can find this button at the topmost part of the tool. Once you click this, it will load all default inputs and corresponding outputs.
Submit and Clear
By pressing Enter on your keyboard or clicking the Submit button, it will trigger the process to execute. Clicking the Clear button will erase both the input and output fields.
There's a catch on using the tool on decimal point. It will read 0.45 as "point four five". This is how it should be on numbers. But if you are dealing with currency, it should be "point forty-five".
